Cheesy Tiger Shrimp



Tiger shrimp topped with a tasty mixture of melted mozzarella and Parmesan cheese, mixed with garlic and fresh parsley. This is a quick and easy appetizer.

Ingredients:

  • 12 large tiger shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

Warm the oven up to 190C 375F

Put mozzarella, Parmesan, garlic, and parsley in a small bowl and mix them together

A baking sheet should have only shrimp in it

Put some olive oil on the shrimp and season them with salt and pepper

Put a lot of the cheese mixture on top of each shrimp

Put it in an oven that's already hot and bake for 10 to 12 minutes, or until the shrimp are pink and the cheese is melted and bubbly

Serve hot, and if you want, top with more parsley
