Gluten-Free Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Waffles



These gluten-free waffles with chocolate chips and pumpkin are a tasty take on a classic breakfast food. They taste great like pumpkin and have dairy-free chocolate chips all over them, making them perfect for a cozy morning treat.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup pumpkin puree
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil, melted
  • 1/2 cup almond milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 1/2 cups gluten-free flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup dairy-free chocolate chips

Instructions:

Add pumpkin puree, eggs, maple syrup, coconut oil, almond milk, and vanilla extract to a large bowl

Use an electric mixer to mix the ingredients well

Add the baking soda, cinnamon, nutmeg, salt, baking powder, and gluten-free flour to a different bowl

Mix them together
